It’s completely up to you. Many of our clients give us access to their space while they are at work or otherwise occupied so they can come back to a spotless space. We're fully insured and treat every home with the same care we'd give our own. If you’d prefer to be at your home or commercial property while cleanings are done, we are happy to work around you so we are out of your way as much as possible.
 

Yes. We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to get the job done. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use (for allergies, sensitivities, or personal preference), just let us know and we are happy to use anything you provide as well.
 

Yes. The Tidy Fairy is fully insured, licensed, and our team is trained, background-checked, and trustworthy.

Absolutely. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans, plus flexible schedules for commercial clients. Recurring clients often qualify for premium rates.

A maintenance clean covers regular maintenance — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, and bathrooms. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing, and hard-to-reach spots. We highly recommend starting with a deep clean for first-time clients for both commercial and residential. It might seem like an investment at first, but it is more cost effective for you in the long run since we are able to keep up on maintenance cleans easier and faster.
 

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans are one of our specialties. Whether you're prepping a home to list, cleaning up after tenants, or moving into a new space, we'll make sure it sparkles.
 

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our team's schedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
